The word “Don” means Tutor or Teacher. That’s why it is used for a Family Head in some Italian families as a sign of respect.

A class for learners is similar to a family where respect flows both ways from teacher to learner and back.

Universities are “passed the baton” by schools year after year and generation after generation of students coming with different concepts of learning and colourful culture orientations. Learning, respect, achieve, excel, aspire and inspire are some of the variables a University Tutor may need to educate his learners their true meanings.

This Portfolio is about an individual, Mohamed Raffa (me) who is a University Tutor on the receiving end of the “baton”.
